About this file
This is a Byrd Anti-Lobbying Certification document for Project 269.2026.195 related to a Flooring and Wallcovering Services contract opportunity with the City of Charlotte, North Carolina. The certification confirms that no federal appropriated funds have been or will be paid to influence officers or employees of any agency, Members of Congress, or congressional staff in connection with the award of this federal contract, grant, loan, or cooperative agreement. The document establishes the certifying company's commitment to comply with federal lobbying restrictions and requires inclusion of identical certification language in all subawards and subcontracts at all tiers.

The document requires authorized company representatives to sign and attest to the truthfulness and accuracy of the certification and any required disclosures. Failure to file the required certification subjects violators to civil penalties ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 for each failure. Additionally, the certifying company acknowledges that provisions of 31 U.S.C. § 3801 et seq. apply to this certification and any required disclosures.
