About this file
This document is a Bonfire Guide for the City of Charlotte's procurement portal, outlining submission procedures for state and local contract opportunities in North Carolina. The guide provides vendors with comprehensive instructions for accessing and submitting proposals through the City of Charlotte's electronic procurement system at https://charlottenc.bonfirehub.com. All solicitation questions must be submitted electronically through the Vendor Discussions section of the respective project, and all submissions must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the posted due date, with the City strongly recommending that vendors allow approximately one week before the deadline to complete the uploading and submission process. The portal is compatible with Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox, with Javascript and browser cookies required for proper functionality.
Technical support for portal issues is available through Bonfire's help forum at https://vendorsupport.gobonfire.com/hc/en-us, via email at Support@GoBonfire.com, or by telephone at 1-800-354-8010. Vendors new to the Bonfire system are directed to a five-minute training video on vendor registration and submission procedures. The related contract opportunity is for Flooring and Wallcovering Services with the City of Charlotte, encompassing systemwide flooring and wall covering materials including vinyl flooring, tile, carpet, rubber, linoleum, wood products, and wallpaper, along with related services such as installation, removal, reclamation, and recycling. Selected vendors are expected to have adequate capacity to provide all-inclusive services for the City's maintenance of more than 180 buildings and 4.4 million square feet of office space.
