About this file
This is a Project Manual for a construction project involving Salt Lake County Youth Services, specifically the Central Booking Facility (CBH) HVAC upgrade project (FAC134341). The project scope includes the replacement of four rooftop HVAC units at the facility. The manual provides detailed specifications, technical requirements, and construction standards that bidders must follow when submitting proposals and executing the work. The document establishes the baseline requirements for all contractors interested in bidding on this mechanical systems upgrade project.
The project manual contains comprehensive technical specifications, drawings, and construction documents necessary for contractors to accurately estimate costs and plan the installation of the replacement HVAC units. The document outlines performance standards, equipment specifications, and quality requirements that must be met during construction. Contractors are expected to review all sections of the manual thoroughly, including any addenda or clarifications issued, to ensure complete understanding of project scope and technical requirements prior to bid submission.
