About this file

This document is an Infection Control Risk Assessment for roof repair projects at several buildings on a Veterans Affairs medical center campus. The assessment identifies construction activities by risk group based on dust level and scope of work. It provides contractors with actions required for each project class, including isolating work areas, installing barriers, maintaining negative air pressure, conducting cleaning procedures, and obtaining necessary approvals.

The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Department of Veterans Affairs for roof repairs at buildings 113, 128, and 220 on Veterans Integrated Service Network 12's campus. Solicitation number 36C25223B0026 corresponds to work order 578-23-010 for the project. The start date is listed as November 1, 2023 and projected completion is May 1, 2024.
