About this file
This document outlines the United States International Development Finance Corporation's (DFC) Office of Information Technology (OIT) Cloud First Enterprise Systems Support Services (CFESSS) indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity multiple award contract. The CFESSS solution consists of four pools: Pool A for Operations, Pool B for Application Development, Pool C for Cyber Security, and Pool D for Program Management Office Support Services. These pools will provide resources to support DFC OIT's mission through a shared ceiling of $250 million in orders.
Pool B for Application Development focuses on goals such as migrating the Enterprise Business Reporting platform to Oracle Cloud, integrating Salesforce CRM Analytics, and modernizing SharePoint sites. It details current systems like Oracle E-Business Suite, Salesforce Insight, and SharePoint. It also outlines required staffing needs including Oracle EBS and Salesforce administrators and developers. The document closes with questions and answers regarding best practices and trends for the CFESSS program.

DFC’s customer relationship management system, known as Insight. Built on the Salesforce platform, Insight manages project information, beginning from the project’s inception, and is leveraged through most of DFC’s resources.
DFC Forms Portal: Application data (submitted by current and prospective clients through the DFC Forms portal) comes into Insight and serves as the initiation point for project creation.
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), which is DFC’s financial data management platform. EBS currently originates and manages the agency’s financial transactions (project related as well as non-project related).
Enterprise Business Reporting (EBR) consumes data from Salesforce and EBS. Will be transformed to EDW.
