The solicitation incorporates standard FAR clauses for commercial items and advises offerors to provide representations and certifications with their submissions. The National Institutes of Health National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences is the issuing agency. Services required include digitally reformatting and creating preservation files and metadata for a variety of audiovisual formats held in the agency's collections.
