The project scope includes approximately 1,500 square feet on the first floor covering renovation of four clinical rooms, conversion of a janitor's closet and mail room to a toilet room and office, relocation and replacement of one heat pump unit, and replacement of floor finishes and east entrance doors. The third floor renovation encompasses approximately 1,400 square feet including renovation of the Nurse's Station, reconfiguration of Exam Room 310 with new storage closet, demolition of Rooms 310A, 311A, and 312 to create a new office, reconfiguration of Toilet Room 318B with new ADA restroom and janitor's closet, and installation of a new electric water cooler. The as-built documents are dated July 1, 2021, with various revision dates through May 2021.
The documentation package includes detailed architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire alarm drawings prepared by QA Engineering LLC (Jon Anthony, P.E.), Huitt-Zollars Inc. (Jose Zelaya, AIA), Chavez-Grieves (George H. Bradley, P.E.), and Sound & Signal Systems of New Mexico (Ted Aragon). The drawings contain demolition and new work plans, reflected ceiling plans, enlarged floor plans with interior elevations, mechanical and HVAC systems layouts with equipment schedules, complete plumbing and waste/vent systems documentation, electrical power and lighting plans with panel schedules, and fire alarm system plans with riser diagrams and battery calculations. All work was performed in compliance with applicable codes including IBC-2015, UPC, UMC, NFPA standards, and ADA requirements.
