About this file
This document is an Amendment (A00004) to Solicitation 75H70125R00016 for the Blackfeet Hospital CT Room Renovation project. The amendment extends the proposal due date from May 30, 2025, to June 17, 2025, at 2:00 PM PT, and includes responses to submitted questions and an addendum to the project drawings. The solicitation is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside under NAICS code 236220 for Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a project budget between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
The renovation involves creating an adequate space for a new 128-slice CT scan unit at the Blackfeet Hospital in Browning, Montana, including upgrades to the CT room's infrastructure, HVAC, and electrical systems, as well as improvements to the existing security room. The project has a 180-calendar-day performance period, and the Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. The amendment provides clarifications on various technical aspects, equipment specifications, and project requirements, addressing contractor questions about construction methods, materials, and project scope.
