Regarding the active solicitation (75A50224R00003), there does not seem to be a maximum page count for the technical listed in the RFP, nor does it provide any parameters for the number of past performances we may submit, and if PPQs are required. The RFP states on page 37, Technical Proposal - Part I, "there is no page limit for the technical proposal". However, the Government will revise this to include a maximum page limit of 50 pages excluding the cover page, resumes, appendices, and attachments. The Government will revise the past performance evaluation factor and will include instructions for past performance information. Past Performance Questionnaires will be required. An amendment will be posted to reflect this change.
