About this file
This document is an Attachment 11 Compliance and Experience Form related to the ODR&R Data Analytics Product and Support Services Solicitation (RFP-73351024R0015) issued by the Small Business Administration (SBA).
The form requires the contractor to affirm their intent to participate in the evaluation and confirm their small business status under NAICS code 541611. Contractors must receive an "acceptable" rating on all technical factors to advance to the next phase of the competition. The evaluation will assess the contractor's experience in areas such as real-time data visualization, applying analytics and GIS to inform situational awareness, experience with large-scale disasters, and integrating data analytics for economic assessments. Contractors determined to have acceptable experience will receive an advisory to opt-in to the next phase of the competition. This is the first phase of a down-select process, and contractors will self-determine whether to continue based on the government's assessment.
