a. Will be billed to over head.”
a. For clarification purposes, the expense of the Site Supervisor is not to be charged separately to the contract but included as part of the overhead expenses rolled into the total hourly labor rates. The Schedule of Services (Attachment 2) has been updated with this Amendment. The Site Supervisor, Line Items 53 and 54, positions are now marked as Not Separately Priced (NSP). 4. Clarification on Question #3 from Amendment A0003: Per Question #3 on Amendment 3, the Government states bidders should use the “6% Effective 12/19/2023” column for this requirement. Given that this requirement starts 12/19/2024, we believe we should use the CBA (page 13) column for “5%- Effective 12/19/2024” to price this requirement and subsequent years should be priced using the "5%-Effective 12/19/2025"? Will the government clarify?
a. For Clarification purposes, the Government currently uses the “6% -Effective 12/19/2023” column. Any further CBA questions, please contact the CBA signees.
5. Juneteenth is not included in the list of federal holidays in the Statement of Work, however, it is listed in the WD and CBA. Will the government amend the SOW to include this holiday?
a. Juneteenth is a recognized Federal holiday. Changes to the Statement of Work have been made as part of Amendment A0004. Please see UPDATED Attachment 3.
