The document addresses vendor inquiries submitted in response to Amendment 001, dated June 18, 2026, with a proposal submission deadline of 12:00 PM Eastern Time on June 26, 2026.

The solicitation is an 8(a) set-aside, single-award, five-year contract requiring maintenance, repair, and improvement services for tactical infrastructure assets in Arizona's Tucson Sector (Pima, Cochise, and Santa Cruz Counties). The Government will provide asset inventories, GIS data, as-built drawings, environmental clearances, and landowner agreements; all materials are contractor-provided. Key clarifications include: no bid bond required; proposals due at 12:00 PM Eastern on June 26, 2026; resumes do not count toward the 25-page Factor 3 limit; double-spacing formatting is mandatory; Service Contract Act wage determinations apply to scheduled maintenance, while Davis-Bacon Highway wage determinations apply to unscheduled maintenance; all wage determinations use Pima County rates for work throughout the sector; no supplemental electrician pricing required; mobilization/demobilization costs are captured in Attachment 4's "Other" column; unscheduled work exceeding $750,000 is excluded; contract performance begins within 30 days of award; and site visit attendance by the primary contractor is mandatory for proposal eligibility.

Or would the government like to see a total price for the total count of events listed? An example would be, Breach repairs- UOM is each, Count of events is 750- notes state “Assume: 1 Bollard per event”. Is the contractor to price a single breach repair?
