About this file
The document is an Environmental Permit Waiver issued by the City of Tallahassee's Growth Management Department, Division of Land Use & Environmental Services for the 507 W. Brevard St Renovation project. The permit (TPW240002) covers three parcels with tax IDs 2136500516135, 2136500516145, and 2136500045080, owned by Big Bend Community Development Corp. The permit was approved on 04/25/2024 and is valid until 04/25/2025, with inspector Tim Culbreth assigned to the project.
The permit waives the requirement for an environmental management permit but mandates compliance with specific conditions, including a pre-construction meeting with an Environmental Inspector scheduled at least 48 hours in advance, adherence to tree protection and sediment/erosion control standards in the City of Tallahassee Land Development Code, and maintaining the permit placard and approved plans on-site throughout the development activity. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in a violation of the Environmental Management Ordinance and potential issuance of a Stop Work Order.
