About this file
This is a Litigation History document related to a Demolition of Air Monitoring Site project in Hollywood, Florida, managed by Broward County. The project involves the complete demolition and site restoration of an air monitoring facility located at Colbert Elementary School, 2702 Funston Street, Hollywood, FL 33020. The scope of work includes demolition of an 8' x 10' shed, removal of fencing, footings, pavers, and miscellaneous debris; removal of trees, shrubs, and vines within the fenced area; hauling and disposal of all demolition materials; and restoration of the site grounds with St. Augustine grass sod. The County requires vendors to submit responses electronically through BPRO by the specified closing date and time, with all submissions subject to County and State licensing requirements. Vendors are encouraged to submit documentation in advance of the deadline and may submit questions or seek clarification through BPRO by the designated Questions due date.
The solicitation includes Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD) requirements and identifies a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) reserve component. The County emphasizes that while certain documents are listed as optional in BPRO, all submissions are relevant to the evaluation process, and vendors are strongly encouraged to provide comprehensive documentation at time of submittal to facilitate timely review. All vendor responses must be received through BPRO; responses submitted through alternative means will not be considered. The County cautions that the provided solicitation summary is incomplete and vendors must review the full solicitation documentation to understand all requirements and obligations.
