About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for solicitation 6973GH-24-R-00212, a SAV TOWB Parking Lot Replacement project for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The Q&A document covers multiple Request for Information (RFI) dates from 10/14/2025 to 10/22/2025, addressing specific project details such as dumpster gate dimensions (19'11" wide), lift replacement specifications, and project requirements. Key project elements include replacing a material handling lift, performing asphalt repairs, managing multiple parking lot phases (minimum of two), and ensuring tax-exempt status as a government project.
Notable technical details include a lift pit measurement of 39½" wide by 80" long and 10" deep, an 8 YD dumpster, and flexible requirements around concrete modifications and crack repairs. The project allows existing power supply conduit to be reused, does not require three separate personnel for Superintendent, SSHO, and QC Manager roles, and mandates that the contractor dispose of the existing material handling lift. No site drawings will be provided, and interested parties are encouraged to conduct site visits to assess specific project conditions.
