About this file
The document is a Past Performance Evaluation Survey form for the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Second Level Engineering (SLE) Support Services solicitation (692M15-25-R-00001). The survey is designed to collect reference information from previous clients about a contractor's performance across six key evaluation elements: technical performance, cost control, schedule/timeliness, business relations/integrity, and customer satisfaction. Contractors are required to send the survey to references for projects completed within the past five years, with references asked to submit completed surveys via email to specified FAA contacts.
The underlying federal contract opportunity is a small business 8(a) set-aside for engineering support services at the William J. Hughes Technical Center in Atlantic City, NJ, specifically supporting the FAA Program Management Organization's Terminal and En Route & Oceanic 2nd Level Engineering Groups. The anticipated contract will be a seven-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Time & Materials task orders, using NAICS code 541519 with a $34 million size standard. Key dates include a question submission deadline of 04/03/2025 and a proposal submission deadline of 05/05/2025, with the FAA intending to award to the offeror representing the best value to the government.
