BID SCHEDULE
Bidder/Offeror please note: Before preparing the bid, carefully read the Solicitation Provisions. Insert a unit bid price, in figures, for each pay item for which a quantity appears in the bid schedule. Multiply the unit price by the quantity for each pay item and show the amount bid. Should any mathematical check made by the Government show a mistake in the amount bid, the corrected unit price extension shall govern. When the word "LPSM" (Lump Sum) appears as a unit bid price, insert an amount for each lump sum pay item. When a sum based on a fixed rate appears for any pay item in the amount bid column, include the Government inserted amount bid for the item in the total bid amount. Total all of the amounts bid for each pay item and show the total bid amount.

Park Road – Moose to Taggart Lake Trailhead
Revised by Amendment A002
(11)(10) Take action to keep waters free of turbidity that cause a nuisance or adversely affect aquatic resources and beneficial use. Slowly re-water the stream channel to avoid creating visible turbidity.
(12)(11) Comply with the following requirements when working in wetlands or in-stream locations:
(a) Power wash vehicle and equipment with hot water (140 °F, allow spray to contact surfaces for 2 minutes) using a hot pressure washer before using vehicles and equipment in wetlands or streams.
(b) Use drip pans or absorbent pads underneath all equipment when working on equipment in wetlands.
(c) Remove temporary fills in their entirety and return the affected areas to preconstruction elevations after completing work.
(d) Dispose of excess wetland material according to Subsection 203.07 or as directed.
(13)(12) Only use decontaminated pumping equipment to initiate pumping from a waterbody. Decontaminate all external and internal surfaces of the foot valve, draft hose, or other pump apparatus using a park-approved procedure or procedure agreed to by the park biologist specializing in aquatic invasive species management. Ensure backflow from the water tank does not contaminate the water source. Do not prime the water pump from the water tank; instead, prime from the drafting source. Do not allow the tank to overfill.
When pumping, prevent intake of organic, bottom, or other material to the extent possible.
When spraying water, do not apply water into waterbodies. Do not dispose or dump the tank water in or near a waterbody. Use Park approved pump decontamination methods as follows:
(a) Power wash with hot water (140 °F, allow spray to contact surfaces for 2 minutes) using a hot pressure washer; or
(b) Dry the gear in the hot sun until completely dry to the touch (sunlight intensifies the decontamination process).
(c) Use a chemical solution approved for aquatic invasive species treatment when other methods, such as hot water or drying, are not options. Chemicals can be used for small gear items ONLY (e.g., foot valves, draft hoses, or screens) in volumes appropriate for small buckets. Surfaces of the drafting hose and foot valve can be decontaminated by coiling and submerging in a bucket filled with disinfectant or by spray application with a backpack pump or a large spray bottle. Dispose used chemical solutions according to
Subsections 203.08.
(14)(13) The Contractor is responsible to obtain Temporary Turbidity Increase and
Temporary Discharge permits from the Wyoming Department of Environment Quality
(WYDEQ) if flow is present, or anticipated, within the work area. Permits should be obtained at least 30 days in advance of construction. Notify the CO before applying for the

Revised by Amendment A002 permits. Link to WYDEQ permit information as follows: CWA Section 401 – Turbidity –
Wetland – Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality. Use absorbent pads, booms, and other materials on construction sites that involve heavy equipment to contain oil, hydraulic fluid, solvents, and hazardous material spills.
(15)(14) Wyoming Department of Environment Quality (WYDEQ) Temporary Discharge
Permit Requirements. Use NetDMR to electronically summarize and report effluent monitoring results obtained during the previous monitoring period
(https://usepa.servicenowservices.com/oeca_icis). For assistance with setting up NetDMR accounts, contact Katherine McCrea of WYDEQ – WYPDES at 307-777-5990 or katherine.mccrea@wyo.gov. If no discharge occurs during an entire reporting period, report "no discharge" within NetDMR for that period. If discharge is intermittent during any reporting period, sampling is required while the facility is discharging. Failure to submit discharge monitoring reports for each monitoring period will result in facility noncompliance. Submit NetDMR reports each month, no later than the 28th day of each month, following the completed reporting period.
(16)(15) Only ford Stewart Draw if the channel is dry and the crossing occurs within the existing footprint of the culvert replacement impact area.
(17)(16) When construction is ended prior to a winter season, protect all disturbed areas and soil stockpiles from snowmelt impacts by using erosion-control best management practices for subsoil, and soil conservation practices for topsoil.
(18)(17) Enclose fueling and fuel storage areas with berms and lining to contain spills.
(19)(18) Inspect construction equipment for fluid leaks, including hydraulic and oil leaks prior to use on construction sites, and implement inspection schedules to prevent contamination of soil and water. Promptly clean up any leaks or accidental spills, such as hydraulic fluid, oil, fuel, or antifreeze from construction equipment.
(20)(19) Do not operate or park any vehicles or equipment outside the construction limits.
In any area where the construction limits are not otherwise defined, do not operate or park any vehicles or equipment off the paved roadway except in approved areas according to
Subsection 105.04. Avoid rutting or excessive soil compaction caused by vehicles or equipment. Restrict construction activities during saturated soil conditions or severe weather conditions to avoid damage to soils and vegetation.
