About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the 2026 Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLH) Architect/Engineer (AE) Design Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, solicitation number 69056726R000004. Notable requirements include submitting a Standard Form 330 (SF330), providing eight key personnel resumes (maximum 16 pages), demonstrating past performance, and having professional engineering licenses in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming. The solicitation allows firms to submit proposals for either the AE Design IDIQ or the Construction Management/Construction Inspection (CM/CI) Support IDIQ, with these being separate and independent procurements. Proposers can participate as a prime contractor and also be a subcontractor for another prime, and small businesses must have licenses in the specified states at the time of selection.

8.5 x 11 sheets with the only exception that the organizational chart may be 11 x 17.

Please use the fillable SF330 and add pages as necessary and as described in the RFQ.
