Static sessions of 2-1/2 hours each were acquired for points TGT1, BASE, and TGT20 and processed through NGS OPUS to provide coordinate and elevation values.

OPUS used base stations DRYLNDRSH_WA2004 CORS ARP, WSUOTHELO_WA2004 CORS ARP, and BREWSTER VLB CORS ARP to solve positions.

RTK procedures were used to locate other controlling monuments.

1. Typical diversion section shows the estimated diversion channel and embankment dimensions required. Diversion channel and embankment dimensions may vary. Construct diversion berm to a minimum height of 6 inches above the water surface elevation.

2. These options suggest configurations for diverting a stream during construction operations. Alternate stream diversion methods may be chosen (including any approved prefabricated or portable diversion berms, dams, etc.).

Submit temporary stream diversion plans for approval prior to installation.

3. Place a maximum of one diversion in the stream at any given time.

4. While in use, inspect and maintain the temporary diversion berm daily.

Remove sediment when deposits reach half the height of the barrier.

Repair as needed or when directed to ensure proper function.

1. Alternate preassembled silt fence options will be allowed as long as specified dimensions are satisfied. Follow manufacturer's recommendations for installation procedures.

All types must ensure silt fence remains attached to, and does not slide down, supporting posts.

2. Install silt fence to follow the ground contours as closely as possible.

3. Curve ends of silt fence upgrade to prevent water from running around the ends.
