About this file
This is Amendment A003 to solicitation 69056724R000007 for the Idaho, Montana, and Surrounding Areas IDIQ Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) issued by the Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration. The amendment makes several changes to the solicitation including: removing an outdated website reference from the Annual Representations and Certifications text box, updating the date of FAR provision 52.204-8 from May 2024 to January 2025, modifying language in provision 52.223-22 to change "clause" to "provision", and adding instructions on submitting Master Subcontracting Plans to the General Information section.
The amendment modifies Section K (Representations and Certifications) and Section L (Instructions to Offerors) of the original solicitation, which is for highway, road and bridge construction services in Idaho and Montana. The changes are primarily administrative in nature and do not fundamentally alter the scope or requirements of the MATOC vehicle, which aims to award up to six contracts, with three reserved for small businesses, for a three-year period.
