(5) Wiring and connection diagrams of all cabinets, circuits, contactors, and ground rods;

(f) Submit shop drawings of traffic counter systems (equipment and locations) for approval by CO according to Section 104.
636.05 Conduit. Add the following:
Maintain conduits clean and dry and protect ends of conduit with plugs, caps, or fittings.
Provide pull or splice boxes every 500 feet or less. If the conduit bends exceed 360 degrees of bend between any two pull or splice boxes, then add additional pull or splice boxes to bring the total amount of bends to under 360 degrees of bends between any two pull or splice boxes for ease of conductor pulling purposes. Install boxes at conduit ends, at all wiring splices, at all conduit angle points, and at all other locations shown on the plans. Additional pull or splice boxes to facilitate the work may be installed.
Provide pull or splices dictated by the diameter of the largest trade size conduit entering that pull or splice box and by the conductor size to be installed in that conduit.
(a) For #6 AWG and smaller conductors provide a box or conduit body with a length not less than six times the metric designator (trade size) of the largest raceway. Example: 2-inch diameter conduit with number 6 AWG conductors provide a box with the length of 12 inches minimum. (2 x 6 = 12).
(b) For #4 AWG or larger conductors provide a box or conduit body with a length not less than eight times the metric designator (trade size) of the largest raceway. Example: 2-inch diameter conduit with number 4 AWG conductors provide a box with the length of the box 16 inches minimum. (2 x 8 = 16).
636.07 Traffic Counter. Add the following after the first sentence:
At three roadway locations, Poker Flats, Woodland Crossing Moose Wilson Road 264+05, and LSRP Access Road 2+50, mount the controller/detector equipment inside cabinet on pole as shown on plans. Furnish and connect to solar panel system to power equipment. Furnish equipment that communicates traffic count information via modem/cellular data connection.
