# General Technical Question Answer Date

Does the government know which area they plan on using for the plant site on the project listed above? For the amount of quantity it seems that the area would have to be significantly larger than the Pumice Point pit currently is.
The plans are in the preliminary phase, and will be finalized with other documents to specify the plant requirements within the solicitation documents that the Government intends to post in the future.

I was inquiring about the guardrail on this project. It calls for MGS wood posts. I was wanting to know if we would be allowed to use steel posts.
Steel posts are not allowed since wood posts are specified in the Section 617 pay items, and Sheet H.5 shows project specific guardrail details.

Please advise.
This will be addressed under Amendment A003.

Please advise.

On Page E.28, SCR 107.12 states that the contractors camp at Canyon will provide 30 sites in 2022 and the Norris Camp will provide 14 trailers for use in 2022. 2023 is not addressed.
Are we to assume no sites or trailers are provided in 2023? Is the rental fee the same for the sites as the trailers. What size are the trailers at the Norris Contractors Camp available for use?
This will be addressed under Amendment A003.
