Plan Sheet L.6 – An area is depicted on Sheet L.6 as ‘available for stockpiling 10,000 CUYD of tunnel excavation material.’ Can up to 10,000 of tunnel excavation material be permanently left in this location? Or, is this just a temporary stockpile location and the Contractor is required to find a permanent disposal site?

Section 107.10(d)(4)(b) – Blasting and helicopter use is only allowed from September 1 through February 28. Does this blasting restriction apply to all tunnel work, regardless of depth / station number?
Subsection 107.10(d)(4)(b) requires all blasting and helicopter usage needed to occur only between the specified dates;
