About this file
This is a process notification document regarding the Flash Badge application for the Building 13 Stair and Roof Replacement project at Castle Point VA Medical Center (VAMC). The document provides guidance on the Flash Badge process, which appears to be an internal procedural notification rather than substantive solicitation details. The notification is associated with Solicitation Number 36C24227B0002, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 2 (VISN 2).
The solicitation itself is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for building stair and roof replacement work at Castle Point VAMC. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for October 6, 2026, at 9:00 AM for prospective bidders to inspect the facility and assess project scope. Bidders are directed to reference the attached IFB and all supporting documents for complete project specifications, requirements, pricing terms, and submission instructions. The Flash Badge notification serves as administrative documentation related to facility access procedures for those participating in the bidding process.
