This is an Authorized Signatory Statement form issued by the City of Alexandria, Virginia for Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 2031 for Swimming Pool Maintenance, Cleaning, and Repair (O&M) Services. The City seeks bids to establish a contract for opening and closing; cleaning; repairing; and applying whitecoat treatment to indoor and outdoor swimming pools, mini-pools, and wading pools as needed.
