About this file
This document is an Exhibit H - Interfaces document detailing the current and future integration strategies for Fort Worth Water Department's (FWWD) Customer Information System (CIS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Mobile Workforce Management (MWFM) solutions. The exhibit comprehensively outlines 28 different system interfaces, including their current functionality, future functionality, data transfer methods, frequency/volume of data exchanges, and the commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) packages involved.
The interfaces span a wide range of critical systems and services, including MuleSoft Enterprise Service Bus, Selectron IVR, payment processing platforms (Paymentus, Fidelity Express, Chase Bank), financial systems (PeopleSoft), geospatial systems (ESRI GIS), asset management (Maximo), mobile workforce tracking (AVL), meter data management (Harris SmartWorks), backflow management (Vepo Envirotrax), and municipal communication systems (City 311, Ivanti CRM). The future state focuses on real-time, bidirectional API-based integrations with enhanced functionality, such as automated work order processing, location tracking, meter reading capabilities, and improved data synchronization across platforms. The document indicates a strategic move towards more automated, efficient, and interconnected systems that will improve operational workflows and customer service capabilities.

Future functionality to be delivered at implementation:
• FWWD will work with their print/mail vendor, DataProse, to enhance the data returned from the USPS with account numbers and, if possible, communication type.
• FWWD will retrieve the flat files from DataProse and post in a location accessible to the Responder.
• Responder will import the information provided by DataProse into an accessible database format.
• The Responder will add a flag to contacts which have an outstanding return mail item or NCOA item associated with the contact and address combination.
• The flag will automatically be cleared once the address is expired or updated so that it no longer matches the USPS return mail record or NCOA record.
