About this file

This document is a Qualification Questionnaire and Requirements document from the City of Fort Worth Purchasing Division for a Customer Information System (CIS) Software Request for Proposal (RFP Ref. #: 25-0128). The City of Fort Worth Water Department (FWWD) is seeking proposals for a comprehensive, turn-key Customer Information and Utility Billing system that includes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Mobile Workforce Management System (MWFM) capabilities. The RFP requires detailed responses from vendors regarding their software's features, implementation experience, support capabilities, future product roadmap, and maintenance provisions.

The proposal requires vendors to provide information about their company's qualifications, including years in business, past implementations (specifically for water/wastewater utilities with over 250,000 accounts), data center locations, support team composition, and upgrade strategies. Vendors must submit a comprehensive proposal not exceeding 25 pages, including an executive summary, software description, module details, and recommendations. The RFP emphasizes the importance of U.S.-based data centers and support teams, and requires vendors to address data ownership, warranty information, technical training, and support processes. Proprietary information can be marked, though pricing information will be publicly available, and all submitted materials become public property subject to the Texas Public Information Act.
