About this file
This document is Exhibit F - Functional and Technical Requirements Instructions for a City procurement process related to the FWWD RFP (Request for Proposal). The document provides detailed instructions for bidders on how to complete and respond to two attached Microsoft Excel spreadsheets: "Exhibit B - FWWD RFP Functional Requirements" and "Exhibit C - FWWD RFP Technical Requirements". Bidders are required to review these spreadsheets and provide responses across four specific columns: Feature Score, Core or Non-Core (if customization is required), Included in Proposed Price (Yes/No), and Comments.
The instructions include a comprehensive answer key for each column, specifying how bidders should score functional and technical requirements. For the Feature Score, bidders can select from four options: Available Out of the Box, Requires Configuration, Requires Customization, or Not Answered or Not Available. If a requirement requires customization, bidders must indicate whether the customization involves Core or Non-Core code. They must also specify if the requirement is included in their proposed pricing and provide narrative comments explaining how each requirement is met. The document provides clear, structured guidance for bidders to comprehensively respond to the City's technical and functional requirements.
