About this file
This document is a Price Proposal Sheet for a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Four Office for District Wide Mitigation, Wildlife and Environmental Support Services. The RFP seeks bids for a wide range of environmental services including direct labor classifications, equipment expenses, construction activities, maintenance of mitigation sites, material expenses, and the provision of various trees, shrubs, and ground cover. The RFP includes detailed line item listings with estimated quantities for each service. Responses are due by a specific deadline, and the contract term includes an initial period with options for renewal.
The Price Proposal Sheet provides comprehensive pricing instructions and requirements. Bidders must enter fixed unit rates for each line item, which will be applied to the estimated quantities. The total proposed cost for all services will be the basis of award. The RFP also includes provisions related to the MFMP transaction fee, non-discrimination requirements, and prohibitions on contracting with certain scrutinized companies. Overall, this RFP covers a broad scope of environmental services for FDOT in the specified Florida counties and jurisdictions.
