The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a division-wide contract that provides standardized, reliable, and competitively priced golf carts to support daily operations at Division-managed golf courses.
The resulting contract will allow the Division to efficiently procure golf carts that meet consistent performance, safety, and durability standards, while allowing flexibility for varying operational needs across multiple courses. This procurement is intended to ensure continuity of operations, improved customer experience, and long-term value through competitive pricing and dependable vendor support.
The Division currently operates an aggregate fleet of approximately 450 golf carts across its four Division-managed golf courses.
