About this file
This is a technical specification document for audiovisual (AV) system installation in team room facilities, detailing the equipment and connectivity requirements for both home and visitor locker rooms. The project specifies the installation of touch panel controls integrated into fold-down desks in both locker room areas, with custom mounting plates and audio/HDMI inputs. The system includes short-throw projectors, Apple TV devices (to be provided by owner), audio mixers, amplifiers, network switches, and Crestron control system infrastructure. Audio outputs are routed through line-level inputs and amplifier channels to ceiling-mounted speakers positioned above whiteboards in each locker room. The specification calls for active HDMI cables to accommodate long cable runs, Ethernet connectivity managed by a network contractor, and comprehensive control integration across all components in both the home and visitor locker room spaces.
The document does not contain information regarding pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding sources, contract duration, or renewal options. No bid response dates, due dates, site visit schedules, or pre-bid meetings are specified in this technical specification document. The file appears to be a schematic or technical requirements document that would typically be part of a larger procurement package outlining the complete scope of work for the AV system installation project.
