About this file
This file is a business registration requirement document issued by the Bergen County Utilities Authority (BCUA) in New Jersey for a turbine generator maintenance, inspection, and repair contract. The document establishes that all vendors and contractors must obtain and submit a Business Registration Certificate from the New Jersey Department of Treasury prior to contract award. The certificate is mandatory for all bidders regardless of geographic location, and successful contractors must also provide Business Registration Certificates for any subcontractors included in their bid proposals. Applications for registration are not acceptable substitutes for official certificates. The contract opportunity involves securing a vendor to provide technical service, maintenance, and repairs on an as-needed basis for the Authority's Siemens/Rolls Royce 501 KB engines, along with supplying various new and unused Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts and components as specified in manufacturer parts books or approved equivalent alternatives.
Vendors must be fully authorized OEM vendors capable of supplying all required replacement parts, materials, and supplies for the engines. The document provides contact information for the New Jersey Department of Treasury at (609) 292-1730 and directs interested parties to the online registration portal at https://www.state.nj.us/treasury/revenue/busregcert.shtml. No specific pricing terms, contract duration, due dates, or award timeline information is detailed in this registration requirement document.
