About this file
This is a master contract template document from Snow College, a Utah state institution located in Ephraim and Richfield, Utah, designed to accompany bid or request for proposal (RFP) submissions for goods and services. The template establishes the framework for charter flight services to transport Snow College's football team for Fall 2026 away games. All flights will operate as non-stop round-trip services departing from and returning to Provo Municipal Airport (PVU/KPVU). The contractor must provide aircraft that meet or exceed all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and standards, are capable of all-weather operations, and can operate under instrument flight rules when necessary. The contractor bears sole responsibility for providing qualified flight crews, flight attendants, a charter coordinator representative on each flight, aircraft security protocols, pre-flight passenger and baggage check-in procedures, and air terminal security coordination with screening processes not to exceed 60 to 90 minutes for the entire party. The contract period, beginning and termination dates, renewal options, and specific project manager assignments are to be completed upon contract execution.
The template incorporates pricing terms subject to satisfactory completion of services as specified in the bid or RFP response, with Snow College responsible for payment according to the contractor's pricing schedule. The contractor assumes all responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or mysterious disappearance of equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and personal property, with Snow College bearing no liability for such occurrences. The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and requirements pertaining to aircraft ownership and operations, including all FAA and Department of Transportation regulations. The contract is accompanied by Standard Contract Terms and Conditions for Goods and/or Services, which are attached as Exhibit A and incorporated into the agreement by reference.
