About this file
Summary
Exhibit E is a contract performance document outlining requirements for work performed outside the United States in connection with Colorado's Camera Equipment & Licensing documented quote procurement. The exhibit establishes the framework and conditions under which contractors may perform services or deliver products internationally, defining compliance obligations and performance standards applicable to any work conducted beyond U.S. borders. The document addresses legal, regulatory, and operational considerations that contractors must satisfy when executing contract obligations outside the continental United States, including adherence to applicable laws, export controls, and documentation requirements.
The exhibit serves as a binding addendum to the base contract terms and specifies that any contractor performing work internationally must maintain compliance with U.S. federal regulations, including export control laws and trade restrictions. Contractors are required to secure all necessary approvals, licenses, and authorizations prior to commencing work outside the United States and must provide documentation evidencing such compliance. The performance standards and liability provisions outlined in this exhibit supersede standard domestic performance requirements for any work performed internationally and establish clear delineation of contractor responsibilities regarding risk, insurance, and regulatory adherence in foreign jurisdictions.
