About this file

This document is a Scope of Work, Specifications, and Bidder Response form for a camera equipment and licensing procurement by the State of Colorado. The opportunity seeks to procure camera equipment and associated licensing through a documented quote process. The document outlines the specifications for camera systems, lenses, and software licensing required to meet the state's operational needs. Bidders are required to submit responses according to the specifications detailed in the exhibit, with pricing and delivery terms to be provided as part of the documented quote submission. The procurement establishes baseline requirements for equipment performance, compatibility, and vendor support capabilities necessary for the state's operations.

Pricing shall be submitted as part of the documented quote response, with vendors required to provide cost breakdowns for equipment, licensing, installation, and any applicable support services. The documented quote process allows for cost comparison and evaluation based on the specifications provided. No specific set-asides, incumbent information, award dates, or contract term details are explicitly stated in the available documentation. Funding sources and amounts are not identified in this exhibit. Bidders should reference the complete solicitation documents for additional details regarding payment terms, delivery schedules, and any other financial or contractual requirements.
