About this file

This document is an Addendum #2 to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for Expert Professional Tenant Alteration Application (TAA) Code Review Services. The solicitation seeks qualified firms to provide expert code review services across nine disciplines on a task order basis for a four-year term. The proposal due date has been extended to 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on December 15, 2023. The services are intended to be full-time positions located at Port Authority facilities, and the RFP allows firms to submit proposals as a prime contractor and potentially also serve as a subconsultant on other teams.

The addendum includes clarifications to several key questions from potential bidders, notably confirming that proposers can specialize in just one of the nine disciplines and are not required to form teams covering all disciplines. Potential bidders can submit questions about the RFP up to 7 days before the proposal due date, with inquiries to be directed to Ms. Stephanie Seelall at sseelall@panynj.gov. The solicitation (RFP# 6000001825) provides flexibility for firms in their proposal approach while maintaining specific requirements for expertise in code review services.
