About this file
This document is a presentation for the GSA 2025 Fall Open Season Conference covering vehicle acquisition programs for Outside the Continental U.S. (OCONUS), Main Bus, and Transit Bus. The conference, hosted by James Purdy on September 17, 2025, provides detailed guidance for vehicle suppliers on bidding and contract management through GSAFleet.gov.
Key details include three specific procurement programs (47QMCA23R0011 - OCONUS Vehicle, 47QMCA24R0006 - Main Bus, 47QMCA21R0013 - Transit Bus), with a bid period opening September 22, 2025 and closing October 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM Eastern. The process allows existing contractors to update pricing and specifications for new model years, while new offerors can submit full proposal packages. Notably, there's a Statutory Price Limitation of $40,000 for sedans and $41,140 for passenger vans/station wagons. Suppliers must use GSAFleet.gov for bid submissions, with awards expected around December, and must adhere to FY26 Federal Standards published in Summer 2025.
