ATTACHMENT A – REVISED PROPOSAL CHECKLIST 11_22_2019

This proposal checklist is to assist Offerors in the preparation of their proposal. A copy of this completed checklist must be submitted with the Offerors proposal. Offerors are highly encouraged to READ THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION. Proposals shall be prepared and submitted in the format outlined below (see Section F.2 ADDENDUM TO 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS – COMMERCIAL ITEMS in the solicitation).
