DWG G-001 defines OFOI and CFCI, however, DWG AJ-110 uses the term GFGI, which is not defined on DWG
G-001. Does this mean Government Furnish Government Installed?
GFGI = Government Furnished / Government Installed. This is the equivalent of "OFOI" (Owner Furnished /
Owner Installed), and should be treated similarly.
DWG AJ-100 and AJ-110, General Note 3 mentions some furniture is CFCI. There is no specification for any furniture. Can you provide the specifications for any CFCI furniture?
General Note 3 on AJ-100 & 110 actually states "All furniture shown as halftone line is OFOI." General Note 4 states "All furniture shown as bold line is CFCI." However, no furniture is shown in bold line on these plans.
Detail 5/AE-533 calls out to “Extend railing here, if required”. For bidding purposes and to keep all contractors on the same scope, how should this be bid? Should all bidders include this scope in their price or should all bidders exclude this from their price.
All bidders to assume this rail extension is required and to issue a credit amount acceptable to the Government if
Prime Contractor's field verification proves existing CMU wall is continuous for more than 3' above adjacent

The DOC is an occupied facility (manned 24-hours-7 days a week) and any "Noise/Odor" that would impact tenants from completing their mission would require work during Non-Government Hours. Non-Government
Hours are M-F (6 PM-6 AM); F-Su (6 PM-6 AM).
007 Please confirm wall types GA, M, & MB are not utilized. Correct, wall types GA, M, and MB are not used.
