About this file
This document is a Revision 1 Price Breakdown for RFP 47PF0025R0019 for Masonry and Cornice Repair. The detailed pricing template includes 14 unit price line items for specific masonry restoration services, covering tasks such as mortar removal and repointing for limestone and granite masonry, surface patching, dutchman's repairs, brick masonry unit replacement, masonry anchor replacement, and multiple cleaning methods including Nebulous Sprays, Detergents, Masonry Cleaners, Poultices, and Two-Part Chemical Cleaner techniques.
The price breakdown form is structured across multiple construction divisions (1-33), allowing contractors to itemize labor and materials costs for various aspects of the project. The document emphasizes that all divisions may not apply, and the Grand Total must match the amount on the award sheet (SF18, SF 1442, or similar form). Contractors are required to perform all work as described in the solicitation and any amendments, regardless of whether specific prices are listed for each division.
