Not all these drawings are available.
There are some printed drawings that are not digitized which can be made available but only for viewing here at the Library after contract award.
4 C.3.4.2 Are the existing loudspeaker rigging points and their load ratings documented, and will structural or rigging drawings be provided?
Documentation for these may not exist.
If anything is located, it will be provided post-award.
5 F.1 / C.3.2 / C.3.11
The Coolidge Auditorium hosts a public concert season from approximately September through May. Please identify the work windows that will be available for infrastructure removal, installation, and commissioning during the period of performance.
This schedule will be identified after contract award.
6 F.1 Q 6.1 - Will off-hours, overnight, weekend, or holiday work be required to accommodate the venue's event schedule?
Q 6.2 - If so, please confirm those hours are available to the Contractor and identify any escort or supervision requirements that apply outside the Library's standard 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. hours.

8 C.5.1 / C.3.8.3A
Q 8.1 - Section C.5.1 requires that personnel performing control-system programming hold Q-SYS certification, but the Statement of Work does not identify a Q-SYS control system, core, or control panels within the scope of supply. Please clarify whether a control system is required under this contract and, if so, identify the required platform, the devices to be controlled, and the expected control interfaces. If no control system is in scope, please confirm whether the Q- SYS certification requirement in C.5.1 is to be removed or revised.
A 8.1 – CTS Certification is required, but Q-SYS is not and no control system is being requested as part of this solicitation. Please see revised Section C.5.1 in Amendment 0002.
9 C.3.4 / C.3.4.1
The Statement of Work does not specify a quantity, coverage pattern, sound pressure level target, or intelligibility criterion for the front-of-house loudspeaker system. Please identify any performance criteria the proposed system must satisfy, and confirm that the final quantity and configuration will be established through the post-award acoustic measurement in C.3.4.1.
The Contractor will be responsible for conducting an acoustic measurement.
10 C.3.4 Is there a maximum or not-to-exceed budget for the loudspeaker system, and are there aesthetic, finish, color, or visual-impact constraints imposed by the auditorium's historic status that offerors should account for in their proposed solution?
Budged information cannot be shared.
However, aesthetic, finish, and colors for devices visible in the auditorium shall complement the current aesthetic of the venue. This constraint does not apply to recording booth or backstage equipment.
11 C.3.4.3 / C.3.5
The Statement of Work does not state whether external digital signal processing and system tuning hardware is required, or whether processing resident in the proposed consoles is acceptable. Please clarify the Library's expectation.
External DSP hardware is not listed as requirement. Processing in the proposed console is acceptable.
