About this file

This is a Vendor Qualifications Response Form for Request for Quotation (RFQ) 43ADG-S4013 issued by the State of Nevada Purchasing Division on behalf of the Nevada Office of the Military, Nevada Department of Adjutant General and National Guard. The RFQ seeks qualified vendors to provide comprehensive landscaping services including five required service categories: turf and lawn care, plant and tree care, debris removal, irrigation system maintenance, and rock and decomposed granite (DG) services. Vendors must demonstrate a minimum of three years of experience in landscaping and grounds maintenance services and possess all required business licenses, professional licenses, certifications, and permits. The response form requires vendors to address all general minimum qualifications in Stage One and technical qualifications in Stage Two, with vendors unable to provide all five required services deemed ineligible to proceed to Stage Two evaluation.

Technical qualification requirements include submission of a comprehensive work plan detailing service frequencies, staffing levels, equipment utilization, and quality control procedures; demonstrated technical capability in irrigation system inspection, diagnosis, repair, and optimization with knowledge of regional watering restrictions; application of drought-tolerant landscaping methods appropriate for Nevada's climate; an equipment inventory with preventative maintenance procedures and safety protocols; capacity to respond to seasonal and emergency service needs; and identification of key personnel with relevant qualifications and certifications. Vendors must provide evidence of current Nevada Business and Contractors licenses in good standing, current insurance coverage meeting specified minimums including general liability, auto liability, and workers' compensation, and documentation of financial stability. All responses require attachment of supporting exhibits, and vendors must complete the provided checklist confirming submission of all required documentation and addressing any exceptions, limitations, or conditions applicable to their proposal.
