About this file
This document is a Cost Sheet (Attachment 3) for Salt Lake City Bid No. SLCI2608, soliciting bids for a Trailer Mounted Diesel Engine Driven Pre-conditioned Air Unit. The bid requires offerors to provide costs for multiple line items, with the lowest total cost determining the contract winner. The bid covers specific components including the pre-conditioned air unit itself, field work, and freight and handling, with all pricing to be completed on the attached spreadsheet.
The cost sheet includes specific compliance requirements, particularly around city ethics standards, which mandate that bidders certify they have not provided illegal gifts to city officers, retained improper solicitation services, or knowingly breached conflict of interest ordinances. Bidders must complete all yellow cells on the spreadsheet, with blue cells auto-populating, and any deviation from the prescribed cost sheet format may result in a non-responsive bid classification. The document emphasizes strict adherence to Salt Lake City's procurement guidelines and ethical standards for potential contractors.
