About this file

This document is a Non-Collusion Affidavit from Savannah Hilton Head International, a standard legal form used in competitive bidding processes to prevent bid rigging and unfair competitive practices. The affidavit requires the bidder to swear that their bid is genuine, not made in collusion with other bidders, and does not involve any secret agreements to manipulate the bidding process.

The affidavit requires the bidder to affirm that they have not engaged in any activities designed to unfairly influence the bid, such as inducing other bidders to submit false bids, fixing bid prices, or sharing confidential bid information. By signing the document, the bidder legally attests that all statements in their bid are true and that they have not paid any fees to manipulate the bidding process. The form is intended to ensure fair and transparent competitive bidding by preventing collusive practices that could harm the public body awarding the contract.
