About this file
This document is a Statement of Certification for a proposal submitted to the Savannah Airport Commission. The document contains seven key statements that a proposer must agree to and initial, including maintaining a firm offer for 90 days, determining proposal aspects independently without restricting competition, and warranting the truthfulness of all declarations. The proposer agrees to be bound by all aspects of the Request for Proposal (RFP) if selected, to provide additional information as needed, and to comply with all applicable rules, laws, and regulations.
The certification includes a payment terms clause specifying Net thirty (30) days after invoice receipt. The document provides spaces for the proposer's printed name, title, and signature, indicating that it is a formal acknowledgment and commitment to the terms outlined in the proposal submission. While specific details about the project are not included in this document, it serves as a critical certification of the proposer's understanding and commitment to the RFP process and requirements set forth by the Savannah Airport Commission.
