About this file
This document is a Unit Price Schedule for a county-level project related to the Sugar House Park Pond Dredging construction initiative in Utah. The document outlines a requirement for contractors to submit installed unit costs that include overhead and profit, with the specific focus on excavation and transport of sediment. The unit price schedule is to be attached to the Online Solicitation System (OSS), with the primary project involving the excavation of approximately 13,700 cubic yards of material from the park's pond to be transported to an identified dump site.
The pricing document provides a template for unit pricing, currently showing one line item for "Excavation and transport of sediment" measured in cubic feet, though the specific unit bid price is not completed in the provided document. The schedule is designed to be flexible, allowing for potential additions or deletions of items during construction while maintaining the same unit cost validity. The contract appears to be structured with provisions for potential scope adjustments, suggesting a comprehensive approach to the pond dredging project that allows for potential modifications during the construction process.
