About this file

This is a Debarment and Suspension Certification document issued by the Cherokee County School District (CCSD) Procurement Services Department in Georgia for use in conjunction with a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an Integrated Employee Badge Management Solution. The certification requires all bidders to confirm under penalty of perjury that their company and any proposed subcontractors are not debarred, suspended, ineligible, or excluded from contract awards by the U.S. Department of Agriculture or any other Federal, State, or Local Agency. Bidders must sign the certification with their legal company name, and the signature must be executed by an authorized corporate officer. The document was last updated in August 2023.

The certification establishes that debarment and suspension determinations are implemented by institutions to protect government interests in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 48 C.F.R. Chapter 1 Subpart 9.4. Bidders are required to immediately notify CCSD if they become debarred or placed on the Consolidated List of Debarred, Suspended, and Ineligible Contractors by any Federal entity during the bid process or after contract award. All responses will be verified, and bidders unable to execute this certification will be deemed ineligible for contract consideration and award.
