About this file
This is a Noncollusion Bidding Certification form from the Cherokee County School District Procurement Services Department in Georgia. The certification is required as part of the proposal submission process for an Integrated Employee Badge Management Solution project. Bidders must certify under penalty of perjury that bid prices have been developed independently without collusion, consultation, communication, or agreement with other bidders or competitors for the purpose of restricting competition. Additionally, bidders must confirm that quoted prices have not been disclosed to other bidders prior to bid opening and that no attempts have been made to induce other parties to submit or withhold bids to restrict competition.
The certification document serves as a legal attestation signed by a corporate officer on behalf of the proposing organization. The form includes designated spaces for the legal name of the proposer, the signature and title of the authorized corporate officer, and printed names and titles of signatories. The document emphasizes that collusive bidding practices constitute a crime subject to prosecution to the fullest extent allowed by law.
