About this file

This document contains responses to questions from potential offerors regarding a federal solicitation for road, curb, and storm drainage repair work at a national cemetery. The solicitation seeks offers to repair roads and curbs and replace storm drainage structures at the Nashville National Cemetery. Temporary power and water will be available at the site. Normal work hours are weekdays from 7:30am to 4pm except federal holidays, though some work may be approved outside these hours. The successful offeror must have an OSHA-certified superintendent and construction professional on site. Safety fencing and a surveyor for layout work will be the responsibility of the offeror. The cemetery conducts burials during the work week that may require work stoppages. Pricing must be held firm for 60 days past the initial September 2023 due date, though the actual notice to proceed will be issued in mid-March 2024 to accommodate seasonal material availability.
