About this file
This is a construction site plan drawing (C-300) for EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades at St. Albans VA Medical Center in Queens, New York. The drawing, dated August 7, 2026, and marked as 100% Construction Documents, depicts a new data center facility positioned between Buildings 89 and 91, with associated site work including new concrete walks, ramps, curbs, and bollard installations.
The plan identifies specific construction requirements including new concrete walkways to be flush with the data center concrete stoop, new curb ramps, concrete steps, and bollard installations (9-inch diameter M30 P1 rated bollards at 4-foot spacing, 36 inches above grade and 48 inches below grade with 30-inch diameter concrete piers, painted yellow). The contractor is responsible for storm water pollution prevention plan compliance, site utilities verification through proper locating services, temporary site fencing, traffic control, excavation safety per OSHA standards, air quality permits, and restoration of all disturbed areas. The drawing includes detailed elevation data (ranging from approximately 22.69 to 38.39), references to existing storm drains and window wells, and notes cross-references to additional construction documents (C-500 and C-520). All utility work must comply with VA and local requirements, and the contractor must coordinate shop drawings for approval before commencing work.
